Travellers are required to have the passport in good condition witha minimum validity for seven months from the date of tavel.

Jenson Worldwide tours do not offer credit facility and/or refund the tour cost if you fail to show up on the date of departure.

Kindly note, our pilgrimage / tours are operated only provided a minimum number of 30 travellers / pilgrims is met, failing which the tour will be shifted to the next available departure date. If a tour is operated with less than the minimum number of travellers it will be subject to increased tour cost.
This criteria is applicable when any traveller books with us or is getting their tour rescheduled, since the tour can be conducted only when a minimum number of pilgrims has been met.

Under force Majeure Situation Jenson Worldwide Tours reserves the right to Cancel, Partly Cancel and / or reschedule the tour considering safety of the traveller.

No refund fully / partly applicable on cancellation under any circumstances due to Force Majeure only reschedule is possible when it will be suitable to travel.

Our Tour Operator reserves the right to modify, vary, amend or cancel any condition, tour itinerary, hotel, places etc, if circumstances warrant, without prior intimation and no credit or refund will be given for the same.

Any extra cost that may be incurred because of breach or violation of the rules and regulation of a place shall be charged to a traveller and he / she will have to pay the same before the conclusion of the tour.

We do not refund the entire or part of the tour cost if any traveler is unable to avail any of the services, stays, food, visitation tickets or travel tickets due to any personal and / or health reason during the tour.

We will not be able to offer any changes to the booking dates, itinerary whatsoever once booking is made. No refund can be claimed by travellers: domestic or international if the air tickets are non-refundable.

In case of rejection of a visa by the concerned government / authority, the tour cost would be refunded after deduction of Total Visa Fees plus VFS charges (as actual) and service charges of Rs. 15,000/ Per Person- within 45 days after request for refund is initiated by traveller.

Travellers cancelling their bookings due to personal reasons and/or unforeseen circumstances shall not be eligible for a refund.

Refund (interest free) after deducting cancellation charges upon cancellation from travellers, as under:

No Show	100% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid.

In all other circumstances INR 25,000 Non-Refundable.
